2 Mi Run, 10 Mi Bike, 2 Mi Run.
Bike Portion Cancelled Due to Weather.
Race changed to a 5 Mi Run.

The storm had mostly passed by now, but the roads were soaked, there was still some rain, plus it was freezing.
My goal here was to stay around the same pace as the Monster Mash 15k. My first mile was around 9:10 min/Mi, from there it went to 8:45, 8:35, 8:34 and 7:56 for the final push.
Overall it was a great training day. Goals accomplished.
