This was my first exercise since breaking my Collar Bone.
The Dr. literally gave me the OK to run on Thursday, and I raced on Sunday.
It wasnt easy. I didnt realize the 2 months of inactivity would completely annihilate my endurance.
I started out at a pace of around 8:45 min/Mi, trying to PR. Seriously, what was I thinking?
By mile 8-9, I was already down to 9:30 min/Mi. And it just got worse from there. The last 3 miles I averaged around 10:45 min/Mi.
I was so sore, I barely could walk the rest of the week :)
